Design, motion & 3D studio

Web, motion and 3D that makes customers buy, with the measurements to prove it.

The same premium websites, hero motion and in-house 3D as the best studios in the category — then the receipts everyone else skips. Every claim on this page is a number you can re-run in a browser tab: page weight, render fidelity, layout shift, seam accuracy. Checkable, not asserted.

Our render, our machine 327 KB, not 33 MB Seam 99.0 dB

The receipts

Four numbers, and you can check every one of them.

Nothing here is a round number chosen because it sounded good. Each one was produced by a script on our own machine, and each one is written up on the work page with the method attached.

11/13 Photo-forensic statistics passed Our best 3D frame sits inside the measured range of real studio photographs on 11 of 13 statistics built to catch a render.
99.0dB Loop seam PSNR Our looping renders close byte-identical, so the motion never jumps at the wrap. Most agency loops visibly stutter.
33.3MB The benchmark's real home page The best agency site we could find weighs 34,936,268 bytes fully loaded. Ours is under a megabyte, with the same 3D.
15 Hard weight ceilings Every asset class has a byte ceiling and a script that refuses the build. The benchmark site fails 12 of the 15.

What we do

Four services. Each one ships with its own measurement.

We do not sell hours or "brand energy". Every engagement has a number attached to it before it starts, and the same number decides whether it is finished.

Websites

Design and build, to a byte budget agreed up front. Self-hosted fonts, no third-party tag soup, poster-first media. The site you are reading is the reference implementation. Gate: under 1 MB fully loaded, zero layout shift, real fonts on first paint

Motion & 3D

Product renders and looping hero assets, made here rather than licensed from a stock library. Deterministic, seam-closed, and delivered in both AV1 and H.264 with a poster under 20 KB. Gate: 1500×1500 at 24 fps, hero loop under 400,000 bytes, seam byte-identical

Forensic teardown

We take the site you are losing to apart — real page weight, encode ladder, cache policy, the defects their own agency cannot see — and hand you the list of things they got wrong that you can beat them on. Deliverable: a written report with every claim reproducible from a command

Performance & SEO engineering

Structured data, crawlable markup that does not depend on JavaScript running, and Core Web Vitals treated as a build gate instead of a report you read after launch. Gate: content in the HTML source, no render-blocking script, CLS engineered to zero

Selected work

Our case studies are teardowns and rebuilds.

A studio's own work is the only portfolio piece it fully controls, so we made ours the hard part: taking the best work in the category apart, and rebuilding the pieces better. Full write-ups, with the commands.

Why measured

Taste is real. It is just not a deliverable.

Every studio in this category writes the same sentence: premium, bespoke, crafted, results-driven. None of them attach a number, because a number can be checked and an adjective cannot. That is the entire difference in how we work.

So we turned our own standards into scripts. A weight budget that refuses a build. A set of statistics that catches a render pretending to be a photograph. A lint that reads the rendered page — computed styles, real layout rectangles, actual pixels — and fails it on contrast, on type scale drift, on a palette that is one hue rotated. A check that has never failed on a deliberately broken input is not a check, so every one of ours was drilled red before it was trusted.

None of that replaces judgement about what should be on the page. It removes the argument about whether the thing we agreed on actually shipped.

Send us the site you are losing to.

We will pull it apart and send back what we find — real page weight, the encode defects, and the specific things their agency got wrong. No charge and no call required for the first read.
