  • A reply from a person within two working days, or a note saying we cannot take it on. Never silence.
  • The measured read: real page weight, the encode defects, third-party cost, and the specific things that are costing you speed or trust.
  • If there is a fit, a fixed price against a written spec with the gates in it. If there is not, we will say so and you keep the report.

What we will not do

  • Put you into a nurture sequence. There is no analytics on this site and no list to add you to.
  • Require a call before telling you anything useful.
  • Quote by the hour, or bill for a "discovery phase" that produces a slide deck.
  • Promise search rankings. We will happily promise the engineering that rankings depend on, because that part we control.
