Four services. Each one has a number that says when it is finished.

The problem with buying design is that "done" is an opinion, and the opinion that counts is usually the agency's. So we write the gate into the agreement: a specific, measurable condition that decides the question without either of us having to argue about taste.

Service list

Websites

Strategy, design and build for companies whose product is better than their site makes it look. Static-first delivery, self-hosted type, poster-first media, and no third-party scripts unless you specifically ask for one and accept its cost in writing. Gate — under 1 MB fully loaded · zero cumulative layout shift · real fonts on first paint · every word in the HTML source

Motion & 3D

Product renders, looping hero assets and short-form motion, modelled and rendered in-house. You get the scene, not just the export, so it can be re-rendered at any resolution later without coming back to us. Gate — 1500×1500 at 24 fps · hero loop under 400,000 bytes · seam byte-identical · poster under 20,000 bytes

Forensic teardown

We measure the competitor you are losing to and hand you the report: real page weight, the full encode ladder, cache policy, third-party cost, and the specific defects that are invisible from the outside. Nobody else in this category sells this, which is exactly why it works. Deliverable — a written report where every claim is reproducible from a command you can run yourself

Performance & SEO engineering

The engineering half of search: crawlable markup that does not depend on a script running, correct structured data, canonicals and sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals enforced before launch instead of measured after it. Gate — content present with scripting disabled · no render-blocking script · structured data valid · CLS engineered to zero

How it runs

Four steps, and you can stop after the first one.

The first step is free and produces something useful on its own, which is the only sales pitch we are comfortable making.

Step 1 — free

The read

Send one URL, yours or a competitor's. We measure it and send back what we find. If it turns out you do not need us, that is a fine outcome and you keep the report.

Step 2

The written spec

Scope, fixed price, and the gates. Nothing starts until the definition of finished is on paper.

Step 3

The build

Design and implementation in the open, on a staging URL you can watch change.

Step 4

The gates, then the handover

We run the checks in front of you and hand over the build log — every measured value, the server configuration and the go-live steps. If a gate is red, the project is not finished, and that is not a matter of opinion.

Questions

The things people actually ask before they email.

How much does a website cost?

Scope drives it, so we quote a fixed price after a short written brief rather than selling hours. What is fixed from the start is the specification: the byte budget, the Core Web Vitals targets and the delivery gates go into the agreement, and the project is not finished until they pass.

How long does it take?

A marketing site is typically four to eight weeks. A forensic teardown of a single competitor site comes back within a few working days, because it is measurement rather than design.

Do you use stock 3D or stock footage?

No. Everything we ship is modelled, lit and rendered here, which is why we can hand over the source scene. No marketplace licence to renew, and no other company can ship the same asset on their home page next month.

What is a weight budget, and why should I care?

A hard byte ceiling per class of asset — hero loop, poster, grid image, font, CSS, total page — enforced by a script that refuses the build on violation. It matters because page weight is the largest controllable factor in how fast a site feels, and because without a ceiling it only ever grows. The leading agency site we measured reached 34,936,268 bytes on its home page, and nobody there intended that.

Will it work without JavaScript?

Yes. All content is in the HTML source, so crawlers, screen readers and anyone with scripting off get the whole page. Script is used for enhancements only, and each one fails open.

Do you do SEO?

The engineering half, thoroughly. Not link building, not keyword-stuffed content. If someone has promised you rankings as a deliverable, they are selling you something they do not control.
